Special Accessibility Requirements
The information is available through more than one sensory channel | Penneo’s product’s core Signing journey, including its most visited pages, is built with Assistive Technology (AT) testing and prioritizes W3C accessibility best practices. The platform’s semantic structure and full keyboard operability allow assistive technologies to present content in various accessible ways. Users can adjust text size, high color contrast, clear labels, underlined links, whether perceiving the information audibly or through non-mouse input. |
The information is presented in an understandable way | Penneo’s Design System’s writing guidelines, consistent labels, and terminology across the Signing journey create a predictable, clear structure. This directly helps users with intellectual disabilities by reducing cognitive load and making the information easier to understand and navigate. |
The information is presented in a way that users can perceive | Penneo does not have instructional videos in signing flows. |
The content of the information is available in text formats that can be used to generate alternative compensatory formats that can be presented by the user in different ways and via more than one sensory channel | The documents signed in the Platform are not intended to be printed. |
The content is presented in an appropriate font size and font type, taking into account expected usage conditions, with sufficient contrast and adjustable spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs | Penneo’s interface utilizes Open Sans, a clear sans-serif font, with sufficient default text sizes (14, 16, and 18px). The interface allows 200% text scaling without content loss, ensuring comfortable reading for low-vision users navigating the platform. A consistent typographic hierarchy intuitively guides users through the signing process. All interface text and interactive elements adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA contrast guidelines (4.5:1 for normal, 3:1 for large text/UI) for optimal legibility. |
Non-text based content has been supplemented with an alternative presentation of the content | Penneo does not include any diagrams in signing flows that need to be supplemented with alternative presentation of the content. |
Electronic information necessary for the provision of the service is provided in a consistent and appropriate manner by making it perceptible, usable, understandable and robust | Penneo does not offer a USB key containing information about the services. |
Websites is made to be accessible in a consistent and appropriate manner by making it perceptible, usable, understandable and robust | Penneo follows WCAG 2.1 AA standards, applying them consistently across all digital touchpoints, including sufficient touch target sizes for easy interaction on mobile devices. |
