We’ve added a fast and streamlined option to create case files. This does not replace your existing signing flows, but offers a quicker path for documents that don’t need complex, multi-round signing.

When to use the new case file creation flow
Perfect for single-round signing needs, such as:
- HR & admin: Employment contracts, timesheets, and policy approvals.
- Commercial: Sales contracts, lease agreements, and construction offers.
- Corporate & legal: Investor approvals, meeting minutes, addendums, and Power of Attorney.
How it works
When you click “Create new”, you will now see two case file options.
- Choose “Fast and streamlined” (NEW) for the documents listed above.
- Choose “Advanced options” for complex scenarios that require specific signing flows.
